1. Location :- Secotor 63
2. Price :- 6800
3.EDC/IDC-400+ 3L Car Park..& 2297.

How is the reputation of builder and is the price good for that location? Future prospects etc.

I dont know when this project was launched, hence if some one is aware of it then pls share the pre launch price and the premium on it.

    Open area leveling and cement work wip
    Outer finishing work demand raised for Power grid towers ...
    Premium towers ::::
    Internal finishing demand already raised some 2to3 months back....outer finishing demand to come in 2to3 months frm now...possession expected in Aug..

    POP almost finished in all apartments...
    Fire ext. water pipes are all covered inside all flats.
    Windows with glasses are all fixed baring very few apartments...
    Woodens doors in place with door locks
    Electric wiring complete


    Pending things inside flats :::
    Switch boards... i think it will be ABB..seen in sample
    Little pop or cement patch work...nd final paint
    Polish of Italian marble in drawing room nd lobby
    Wooden flooring in Masterbed
    ACs and Mod kitchen work and Sanitry wares installation

    Road is carpeted again from ext. Till time residency nd its without humps....drainage on both sides of roads are in wip....thats a grt ahow from govt.....

    Project..... moving very fast now.... quality is too good
    Floor cleaning and abb switches work started inside apartments....final pop is done inside almost all apartments.... very nice finishing...swiming pool is filled up with water now to test it structure i guess... play area work in wip.... club is very big...went inside today specially the basement level 2 area, club will have 5 levels..... basement is of 2 levels....project now looks very spacious.......

  • Yes, i really liked the quality of work. I don't feel any diff. in bestech projects nd this one.
    Even i was doubtfull sometime back about this project but now seeing this kind of pace nd quality nd the overall project appeal, i am feeling good about the investement. Double level basement parking... all lift lobbies on all floors are given black granite marble for flooring nd even walls till 6feet... 3 lifts per tower... balcony windows are all having glassess starting from floor to cieling...no intermediate horiOntal support in middle... thank god...balcony doors are not the slider ones which are very high maintainence nd diff. to use....internal finishing work is very fine so be it plaster or pop or tiling... door locks looks solid nd aptly fixed... overall good one
    Open space was looking less earlier but now it looks like any bestech project..
    Best usp is paras trinity...next to it...... if paras gets some good stuff in it then this project would be like a super hit project... for that matter, if u take ninex mall on sohna road... builder got very few bookings initially but by thentime ot was delivered... people were taken by surprise........ same can b expected from this project

    We all can plan to meet at builder office, i know few more people who have invested in the project.

    On papers, it was suppose to be delivered by last dec. So the builder has to pay monthly penality, have already asked their CRM on this but no response.
    We need to get this thing adjusted in last payment. I think that amount should be close to 1 lac.

  • Good news for the investors of this project...Market has started picking up for time residency now. I am getting offers of bsp 8300to8500, overall deal size 1.55to1.6 plus registration... possession is due in 6 months for sure...... lets wait for sometime.... it will b hovering around 1.75to1.8 i guess once possession is given......I met a customer whos prefering this project vs poineer park even though upfront poineer park location is better but the dhoot time residency project volume, openness/airiness, premium specifications nd its quality, vicinity shops and adjoining paras commerical cum retail is attracting lot of buyers now and specially now the project has picked up lot of pace......its the right time for people who are looking to buy to stay but not for investement as majority of money is gone
