  • Take a look at Bhiwadi . U should get some options there . Manesar might have some options ( under 1000/900 sq. feet ) . Do check there too . Dharuhera has Vipul apartments, a 2 BHK here should be in your budget .

  • Ashiana aangan, Trehan are the good societies that are RTM. If you can wait for a year or so then some other societies like Krish, Piyush Rosette, Omaxe would be available too.

  • Yes, Ashiana is the best in Bhiwadi but one might not get 2 Bhk RTM in just 25 L either. Hard negotiations and some elbow grease could get you there.

  • There is one more option if you wants to check.

i.e. Village lal dora properties of Dhankot village.

Location wise it is just situated in the middel of Dwarka expressway.

secondly this is relatively cheap and within your budget.

and most important thing is the locallity.

In my opinion locality is also not bad (As people usually think.)

In recent years Mostly middel level working class people of different engineering companies of gurgaon are setteled here because of proximity and affordability.

So you can check this option also if you wants.

    For me its
    1)Ashiana Garden
    2)kajaria
    3)Ashiana Angan
    for cheaper options
    1)Konark
    2)Trehan
3)Bhagat Singh Nagar small houses still available
4)Housing Borad houses near Ashiana Bageecha/checkpoint

Seems you only know about and DLF area(other side of NH8) in Gurgaon.
Many places still in Old gurgaon available in this range .yes one has to compromise on the quality of Housing.

its available in that range but u know the quality of houses are not good and percentage of them are in unauthorized colony.
One big disadvantage of that area is that some schools in gurgaon will refuse you admission moment they come to know about these localities
