    Are bhai.. if the owner of the company Experion be a Yadav, then rest of all is applicable, else it is out of context..

    It is a fact that the pic you see is genuine and is not morphed.. Rewaris Prince Yadav got married to Laloo Yadavs daughter recently... They have interest in real estate besides many other things.

    Does it make sense to pick up mahindra aura in resale (phase IV), because:

    Chintels is arnd 5500-5700 in resale

    where as Mahindra in pHase IV is arnd 5000/5100 for not so attractive unit and 5150-5250 for park facing middle floor?

    so a 500 rs difference between chintels?

    Is there an arbitrage opportunity as 30% money has gone

    also with the possession of phase I, price shud rise

    what do you think?
