Am very new to the idea of RE investment and have invested first time in a pre launched project.
A good question popped in my mind, what are the down sides of investing a pre launch, is it just that the builder might delay , becoz he might not get permissions, or is it that the project may get cancelled completely.
Has this cancellation of project happened before with good/decent builders in the past, in a country like INDIA where money buys happiness ??
A project like UNITECH in sector 70 has been delayed, and the investors are waiting for construction to start, but isn't the property still changing hands in this project, and aren't investors still making a little profit, if not HUGHE !!
I really want to know the price movement in case of these kind of delayed projects.
Like in case of UNITECH, SEC 70, Can u share, what price it was launched, what have you gained, what have u lost, what you culd have gained etc etc.
This wuld really add to my knowledge of prelaunch advantage -disadvantage!!
