    A Broker called me up day before yesterday & was talking about this Project . As per him, expected price is 4500 to 4800 . Beyond this, no information, yet .

    Nothing confirmed, everything is tentative, as per the Broker i spoke to .

    2 BHK - 1250 to 1350 sq. feet .

    2 BHK + study - 1450-1550 sq. feet .

    3 BHK - 1700 to 1750 sq. feet .

    3 BHK + study - 1850-1900 sq. feet .

    4 BHK - 2200-2300 sq. feet .

    the way new roads are coming in picture distance from nh-8 hardly matters in pricing. 90's sector Are closer CPR road which can become a more imp road if toll on nh-8 doesnt move.

    then Crescent park in 92 is undervalued at current rates...........still a big house is available in 60 lacs

  • Hi..if anybody can share more details about this project. When is it getting lauched or soft-launched. What is the price & specification etc..

    Also how is the site and neighboring projects ??

    Would appreciate if somebody can help with these queries as i am planning to invest in Bestech Group as they have a good past record.
