Bestech is coming with it's new project in sector-92, Gurgaon.
3BHK & 4BHK with launching rate of approx 4000 to 4500/-.

Anyone has more info about this project ?

    These guys have changed green facing PLC to 325 for rear units, and 100 (corner) extra for units actually facing the park. Minimum PLC is 200 for EWS facing units. This is height of stupidity.

    Anybody seen APPROVED floor plans? Pls confirm.

    mate, they have charged 425 park facing, 325 back facing i.e sector road facing , 100 corner facing and 200 EWS facing.. floor pLC extra..

    I did visit Bestech office today. This is height of stupidity, did have a lengthy argument about this. :(

    Mate, you were right.. I did visit Bestech office today. central park facing is indeed 425 psf.. What I quoted was from the discussion which i held 2 months back.. I must say this is stupidity from Bestech. This is too much greed..

  • Yes, I also double checked. 425 is central park facing PLC for the booking that I did for 2325 st ft (4BHK) unit....this is too much from Bestech...while till a couple of weeks ago they were talking of PLC between Rs250 to 350 psf....

  • These builders r making fun of the prelaunch investors by charging such insane charges on parking (illegal) and crazy PLCs to extract money.

    Those who rushed to book the units in August thought they have got great price but now after 8 months their calculations gone into tizzy...

    No one would have imagined that one would have to shell out Rs 5800 - 6000 for a unit in 92 sector..

    Be ready to hear escalation and some one sided and abusive BBA clauses

  • I simply cannot understand ews facing plc of 200. Tower c and d units of 1950 sq ft will have the corner facing plc of 100 plus 200 for ews. How can there be a plc for ews. Can anyone pls explain....

    200-300 mts away from Bestech Sanskruti.

    There is a yellow colored building which is just back on this site. This is some asharam.
    The road which divides sector 92 and 93 is just upto the site of this asharam and one of the wall is blocking that road.
