Rates depends from sector to sector.. lowest prices will be in sector 5/9/9A/10 and highest will be in sector on other side of NH8. In Golf extension u can find plots in Ansal SL-4 at around 60k-70k depending on location and in sec-82 in vatika around 62K.

Re : Ongoing Plot Rates in Gurgaon

In terms of Pvt localities in Gurgaon, you find plots priced between 75k-1L per sq yd in following areas-
                    a) Malibu Town, Sohna Road (75k-95k)
                    b) Uppal Southend, Sohna Road (80-1L)
                    c) South City -2, Sohna Road (85k-95k)
                    d) Vipul World, Sohna Road (65k-80k)
                    e) Sushant Lok-2 & 3 (70k-90k)
                    f) Ansal essencia (58k-70k)
                    g) Rosewood City, Sohna Road (60k -90k)

You can try looking in these areas. Sohna Road colonies of Malibu, Southend (S block) and South City-2 are most promising areas in whole of gurgaon at the moment. The area has seen nearly 40-45% jump in 1 year whereas most other parts of Gurgaon have seen a rise of 20% approx.
If there is no major political breakdown in next few months then I am confident that by end of 2013 these prices will be up by nearly 30-40% further atleast.
The project for re-carpeting of Sohna Road has been passed (work should start soon after rains). Also there is lot of other development work planned there very soon. So the area has its own dynamics at the moment.
