Can members, who know the DEW in details with respect to location advantages, builder reputation, project specs comparisons etc, suggest which is a better option out of Heritage Max and emaar in sector 102 ?

Heritage is avilable at 6050 psf after discount and emaar is 6500 psf.

  • some of the Positives I've come to know are:

    Heritage Max:
    1. Corner plot with NPR in the front and 75m wide road to the left.
    2. 25 storey and lot of green area with a football ground.
    3. split AC's, Modular Kitchen with hob and chimney

    Somehoe Im inclined towards Heritage but Emaar is a bigger brand. My plan was to hold it for few months only.

    Neither of the builders mentioned is good for short term gains, so it is better to stay away from both if u are looking for short term investment. You might not be able exit with any significant profit in short term.

    thanks. Ive dopped the idea for the timebeing. Heritage max had closed the initial discount of 150.
