Hi,

I want to buy 2/3 BHK in Gurgaon for end use. I have 40 lakhs with me & can afford loan for another 30 lakhs. Please suggest property which requires payment now up to 25-30 lakhs & can be movable in next 2 to 3 years.

I don't want to enter dwarka expressway as they require 5 to 6 years at least.

    antriksh Heights- Sect. 84 2 bhk 1350 size 62 lakhs

    2 with some extra budget but good construction
    2 bhk emaar mgf sector 65 73 lakhs size 1050 ( very good sector in this one can say after one can sure live here )
    3 bhk emaar mgf sector 77 79 lakhs size 1450 ( left side of nh8 good location )

  • alpha is a good option. current out flow about 32 L and total about 68L so will meet your requirements.. but possession will take more than 2 years.

    as abhay suggested vipul 81 and PH 77 are other good options...

    you can also look at unitech residences 1100 sq ft at about 77-78L
