Recently launched projects, Flat for end use, 1cr

    if u r end use i will say buy that project who's construction is started

    better than all above all ( as per me )

    emarr mgf palam hills sector 77 ( left side )

    3 bhk all including all is 82 lakhs

    possesion is in 2014 end

    advantages

    1 better builder
    2 good construction
    3 50-60 % construction complete
    4 better location beacuse it is left on nh8
    5 no villages nearby
    6 as u go right side u will see villages
    7 main nh8

    and ya tata and adani is comming but they will not be ready in 3 years and about 3c it can deliver you in 3 to 4 years but locality of nh8 ( palam hills ) is much much better than 3c

      I would still go with 3C.. Here are the reasons..

      1. Good and reputed builder.. No.1 in Noida
      2. Fresh project.. not much outflow.. payment to be made in 3-4 years.
      3. Excellent connectivity with both NH-8 and Dwarka Expressway
      4. NH-8 is too crowded and trucks will not let you sleep in the night..

        it is 600 meters from nh8 and no villages and tulip sector 89 is ready to move no one cant live there for 5 to 6 years left side of nh8 is excelnt location and in sector 77 dlf will come new project so much better than 3c and no one ant compare with pataudi road with main nh8
        and 600 meters is one wil not hear truck voice i personally visited even in night

        nh8 one can easily live in 3years

          Hi - I visited the site at vatika yesterday. On Paper even this looks like a good investment for 3-4 years.
          Specially the low rises .....

          I am basically looking for Investment with 3-4 years view with budget of Max 80 Lacs with minimum initial upfront payment (so preferablly a nw project).....Any recommendations for good properties ?

              People have already shifted to Tulip Sec-89.. first check and then speak.. Emaar is a big delayer.. people have lost faith in their delivery commitments. Moreover, I believe, the connectivity with airport will be better for sector-89 as compared to Emaar..

              3C is cheaper and the payment will go very slowly and will be habitable after 3-4 years as the posession comes.. so my view is 3C Greenopolis..

                  no one has shifted there ( only 10 to family has shifted ) u should check then write . ha ha ur comparing location ask someone else location of emaar mgf is much better and u r saying about commitment of construction 3c have not started construction . emaar has reached 6th floors . all know it will deliver first
