    It all depends if they have taken care of oc pre-reqs like fore noc, water connection and electricity.,

    Keep in mind that internal roadwork is still not completed and landscaping is no where visible even though u visit the site

    So oc will take time ... File an RTI to Dtcp to check the status n ask for the copies of document submitted by ramprastha n do ask for the status.

      Also oc is always applied with dtcp, panchkula not HUDA, so keep in mind when u plan to file rti... Do let us know if u are okay to file rti, we have blessu or sr. Members who can help

              There is no escalation clause for projects which are launched before 2011, however in those projects builder extracts money by increasing the carpet area, builder will take out money either this way or that way

                yes it is there, but the very poor rates of rs 5 psf but as mentioned above generally the escalation cost is balanced out by increasing the carpet area.

                  I guess there is standard clause for carpet area of +/- 10 % . So can a builder increase carpet area more than 10 % also? and if he increases the carpet area by 10 % , so the extra charges will be based on BSP at the time of booking or current bsp ??

                    Yes that is a standard clause of area increase. Increase in area will be calculated at booking bsp.

                      So Builder informs about the increase in area at the time of possession? Is this practice followed by most the builders??What are the chances of RP doing the same in THe View ?
