      Kocoon EC will be in the name of Umritha infrastructure and not Chintels India limited

        saw this site sometime back..its on the dividing road of sector 64 and 65, good location..and also if this is the site for wall-mart (could be 1st one in India) then probably they can commission it much earlier..good news for GCX..also i m sure that they would want to cover significant ground before next elections in Haryana and Delhi..

            Yes, just next to the forested area which is keeping the road from being completed , excavation has been done .

                Serenity(9.75)+Tourmaline(10.5) area is around 20.25 acres. This approval is for a 15.8 acre plot, which could only be Kocoon(12.2) +Caladium(3.67).

                Let me know if I am missing something here.

                    Umritha is a LLC venture between Chintels and ATS for this particular project. EC will be not be given against this name but should be against the name of land owner.
