    If you were to upgrade to the same specification from the normal apartments, you would end up spending that much.
    And you would still be able to upgrade only within your 4 walls, not the surroundings and common areas and facilities.

    Trust me there are people who happily spend 50L and much more for better living.

      why some one will not buy at 8000 at ireo apartments why not bestech 67 which is already developed

        Folks, I see the launch is at 9000 psf, I guess resale market is going to build up soon.

                Vatika v/s Ireo v/s Bestech

                Abhay,

                I have no bias towards or against any of the three.
                I am equally happy with all three builders.

                Quality wise, there is not much difference in the products of these builders.
                Price wise also there is not much difference, just some marginal difference which goes with the banner sizes.

                Each has it's pros and cons which balance out each other.

                Bestech for example is known for delivery relatively closer to the committed timelines hence is liked by people buying for self use, where as Vatika is known for delays, but is more investor friendly.

                However, when comparing rates we need to compare several factors.
                How well planned is the area, what kind of infrastructure is coming up in the area. What are the product specifications, what are the payment plans, what is the payment term etc.

                For someone looking for self use today, none of the 8X sectors are an option.
                For someone looking for self use 5 years from now, a whole platter of options are available.

                New projects coming up at 8K might suit someone better than projects which are at an advanced stage of construction today at 8K even with exctly the same specifications if cannot pay the whole cost today, but will be able to afford it over a span of 5 years if he needs the property after 5 years.

                Every person has his own taste and needs. Every project would suit someones requirement and would suit the requirements of someone else.
