I am an end-user and have finally been pushed to make a purchase in Gurgaon. Would request some help from experts (and other users like me) on this forum.

Budget - I am looking at 2-3 BHK. Comfortable budget is 70-75L, can stretch it upto 90L max. Have about 10-15 L as cash component, rest would be bank loan.

Location preference - Currently working around Udyog Vihar area and staying in PalamVihar (rented). But no specific preference.

Builder - Would prefer a decent quality builder and possibly a RTM or possession with in 2013 kind of properties. Prefer community living.

Please help me with suggestions and how should I go about same. I am so confused reading all these threads on RE.
