    Quoted price is too high and I would say unrealistic though In Gurgaon everything flies. There is almost no room for investors to earn from this proposition..

    Going by quoted price the minimum ticket size would cross 1.9 cr ( 2200*7500 = 1.65 cr + .25 cr edd/idc, parking, etc.. ). ,which is to high the ticket size to invest..

  • Guys, from what my dealer told me is that minimum ticket size will be between 75-90 lacs, and pricing of around ~6000/ sq ft

    So what is ur take on this investment from short term perspective..My broker said it would be 80L for min. size (in pre launch for initial bookings) though this seems on a highet side but low rise floors are always hot sellers ( looking at the resale rates for vatika's floors)

    only one installment needs to be paid till the launch which is of around 10 lacs...
