After reading thread "Appeal To New Buyers of RE in Gurgaon v2.0" started by Rushil Arora and later other's contributed also, I am very much inspired now to buy a house in Gurgaon. I know I am bit late but as said There is never a wrong time to do the Right thing. I have finally convinced myself to buy a house. I am a middle class person and looking for a ready to move-in apartment. My budget is around 70-80 lacs for a 3BHK and definitely taking a loan. My office is in Cyber City so would be looking at a distance of 3-5 kms of it. This is not for investment but for end use. So, looking for any help from all contributors here.

Thanks in advance.

  • Hey Amit,
I too work at Cyber City, and I think places in 3-4 Kms range of Cyber City will not fall in this budget. I donot think that even good 2BHK would be available in this range.

Approach you can consider to shortlist potential house:

-Options Closest to your work place
    1. Cosmos Palam Vihar
    2. Parview Palam vihar
For these you need to extend your budget by 15L.

    -Sensible Buy
You can go for 56/57 Sec where you can find some small builder floors 2BHKs in your budget, construction would most probably be old for these appartments. Not sure if 3BHK would be available in this range.
Since Rapid metro is coming to this area, your commute would be pretty easy.

    -Wait for some time approach
If you are looking for some extra amenities, you can search in New Gurgaon/NH8 Area as well. There are some projects which are in pretty advanced state, and should be offered possesion by end of this year. Few options can be:
    1. Vipul Lavanya (NH8 would be main commute route 20-25 Kms but better road)
    2. Tulip Petals (Possesion already offered, but good units are not available anymore)
    3. Indiabulls 103
    4. Raheja DEW
(for 3 & 4 DEW to PalamVihar then Cyber City 12-15 kms but need to wait for 2-3 Years for total congestion free road)
