    first of all not much builder reputed and second why to go sohna when you can get in resale in new gurgaon or manesar at less than 4000

    Price is slightly on the higher side.. not much just by about a 1000psf, if it is in Sohna!! ;)

    What is the exact location? any idea.

    Rest depends on specs, contractor, architect, landscaping, facilities, loading, etc.

    Was checking on Contractors list of customer :: B. L. GUPTA CONSTRUCTION (P) LTD.
    could find this interesting find. Probably wants to join the big league!! Though nothing in residential delivered till date and all projects delayed.

    Finally, hope this is not a JV.

    It is on highway itself..just having a board of ILD developers no fencing from builder right now. As per location, adjacent project will be from Centeral park

    Very near to G.D goenka public school and Manglaytan university (under construction right now)...

  • I do not see the point in buying this project for investment or end use.

    although, we do not have an idea about the specs but then at almost 4k who is going to buy this one... I dont get the idea and would love to know the perspective of someone who is buying this.

    Below 3k ( or abt 3.5k by a premium builder) and I would have seen some value in it.. but then even in that case, the risks associated with the onset of a downturn would have been there, just that those risks are much more grave at this price!!!

  • no project in sohna would be worth anything above 3000psf. and at that price as well, you guys would be praying for 5 years that it appreciates. all in all, sohna would be a miss for me. the right pricing should have been 2500. its too bad, builders think the investors are a fool.

    Yes, it will be on the left side.GD Goenka School is on the right side but almost 500 mts ahead from this site.
