- Yes, it can be a good bet for long term (atleast 5 yrs), although i have not seen any hyper resale activity happening in RP 37D as compared to other projects in gurgaon, this may be due to more of end user presence in it, location is good..depends on RP also how they shape up the township in future.

Thought Ramprastha SKYZ at 37D was an attractive investment at 4000-4300 range. Have seen specs of the project and it seems like it would be a nice to live when it completes in a couple of years.
I am looking at longer term appreciation 3-5 years. What are your views?
Also, how would it compare with investing in a plot in more upcoming areas like BPTP Fbd etc? Any suggestions?
