A lot of companies are advertising for property citing nearness to Dwarka expressway corridor.

Shilas, Indiabulls Centrum Park and Ramprastha Edge Tower come to mind.

Does anybody have news on when this construction will start and when it is likely to finish? Has the contract been awarded and to whom?
Date of completion and start of operation will be vital news for evaluating the pricing of flats sold in this corridor.

Last I heard was that a few houses in Palam Vihar were slated for demolition for this expressway in May June 09 or thereabouts.

I don't know what makes you comment on basis of conjectures and surmises. If you have some concrete document to support your claim, its fine otherwise you should wait for the cat to come out of bag to comment whether cat would be black or white.

You can keep a tab on the local sdm or collector office because notification would be issued regarding concerned land from that office only.

  • Draw will cancelled for no doubt, though as already informed that if conducted than would excluded NPV/TCN/KD/Bajghera outsees.

I got following information from my sources:

NPV : 90% outsees GPA holder
    TCN: 100% outsees GPA holder
    KD: 80% outsees GPA holder
Other area: 75% outsees GPA holder

As of now almost 513 out of 578 claimant as per direction of Honable PHHC has been excluded from draw. Now matter is stuck badly and could get delayed by further few years.

It also got informed that most of the sector 110a and 37C land still in dispute that's why HUDA is making excuse to somehow git rid from rehabilitation program.

  • GURGAON: Commuters were stuck for hours on the Delhi-Gurgaon Expressway on Thursday evening after heavy rain lashed the national capital.

There was a massive jam as vehicles - from cars, to two-wheelers to buses and other modes of public transport - were stuck for over four hours, especially on the Delhi-Jaipur stretch.
Total failure of administration in GURGAON, hero Honda chowk standstill from last 3 hrs," tweeted another commuter, Pradip Agarwal.

Gurgaon Police Commissioner Navdeep Singh Virk said that the entire traffic and district police force was on roads to help commuters.

  • I agree jams are not good at all. They lead to lots of wastage of time & energy. But lets see the other side of the coin too. Even as I talk now, jams are on in mumbai as well as delhi also. Saharanpur (U.P.), Sitapur(U.P.), Barabanki(U.P.), North Bihar , Uttrakhand, Assam are severely affected by floods even as of now. But when gurgaon jam is in limelight on social media as well as other mediums of media, then it is also indicator of extent of muscle flexing by intense, high quality employee work force available in gurgaon.
