    Due respect to you,
dont u think, In our country, we all can live easily in illegal manner, rather then in legal way, From top to bottom Buildier to end user, there is a lot process to having a flat/plot, in nut shell govt hv to stop developing new sectors/colony, every one will allowed where he want to live, between road or in open field or in park or in empty land

Question of whether the things are lawfully or unlawfully done are fair in a literal sense can never be answered, but taken idiomatically, figuratively and as a personification, the answer is, "No, the things are not fair... but the fact is... these would remain continue as it is.

I can recall a dialogue from movie "खलनायक ' where sanjay dutt quoted to Jacky sharof who was acting as Police inspector " अपना अपना नजरिया हैं साहिब....आपकी नज़र मैं में Villain खलनायक....मेरी नज़र मैं आप Villain खलनायक..."..So the point matter is where do you found yourself standing......at Villain side or Hero side???? From Indian perspective, Dawood is villain and vice versa .....in American perspective, Osama is villain and vice versa.... in litigant perspective NPR is villain and vice versa.....in investors perspective, hurdles are villain and vice versa..........in my perspective bad practice being following is actual villain.....

Regardless, these structures/plots are authorized or unauthorized, lawfully or unlawfully constructed but what to do with that which had already been done, as on date these structures do exists on alignment and has to be resolve amicably until administration is not forced for cruel action with blessing of court orders. Whereas, on contrary, court is taking stand of litigants (and its my firm opinion based on facts) and that's why govt. aren't able to take any harsh action. Further, I don't believe on excuse that due to elections govt. has to kept silent, if it's true than why in another part of Haryana, govt. is taking step wherever they have free hand to do. Ineludible causation is court proceeding and new land acquisition bill which doesn't allow govt. to take such action.

The issue becomes more contemptible, since, bureaucrats/politician those are prime responsible for solving hurdles doesn't own any subjugating stake on NPR and they don't care what type of verdict shall going to delivers since they are not ultimate sufferer. If any punishment or penalty levy on them than take my words within days/weeks this issue get resolved. Till than ultimate sufferer shall only be end-user, who is paying EMI as well rent too.
    Sab 99 ka fer hain............

I completely agree with Ulti bhai, but in india end user/common man always penalised but the true culprits are bureaucrats and politicians. Hope Modi Govt will able to create some difference & do something for common man.

DLF said it would comply with the order and pay the fine, pending a final decision by the apex court on an appeal filed by the realtor against the penalty on Wednesday. “We direct the appellant (DLF) to deposit the amount of Rs.630 crore in this court,” a bench comprising justices Ranjana Prakash Desai and N.V. Ramana said in its interim order. The bench said DLF will have to submit an undertaking to pay 9% interest on the penalty slapped on it by the Competition Commission of India (CCI) in a 12 August 2011 order that was later upheld in May this year by the Competition Appellate Tribunal (COMPAT). The court asked the realtor to pay an initial amount of Rs.50 crore and Rs.25 crore in interest within three weeks. The penalty will be deposited with the court in a nationalized bank, according to the order. The order adds to the pressure on debt-laden DLF, which has been battling a slowdown in the real estate market in the face of an economic downturn. As of June, DLF had debt of around Rs.18,500 crore. The penalty will likely cause debt to rise when DLF is seeking to pare it, said Adhidev Chattopadhyay, an analyst at HDFC Securities Ltd. Shares of DLF fell 4.4% to Rs.183.05 on the BSE on a day the benchmark Sensex rose 0.44% to 26,560.15 points. “The Appeal filed by DLF against the Order of the COMPAT has been admitted today by the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India,” DLF said in a statement. “The Hon’ble Supreme Court directed DLF to deposit Rs.630 crore in an interest-bearing fixed deposit with the Court for the duration of the Appeal proceedings.” “DLF will take all steps to comply with the directions of the Hon’ble Supreme Court and remains confident of the merits of its case,” the company added. DLF was penalized by the competition regulator for allegedly abusing its dominant position by imposing “unfair and discriminatory” terms on its buyers through apartment buyers’ agreements. CCI said the construction of additional floors without intimating the buyers was abusive of its dominant position and needed to be curbed. The dispute arose in 2010, when the flat buyers’ associations of three DLF developments in Gurgaon—DLF Park Place, Magnolias and the Belaire—approached the competition regulator alleging delays in the projects and the construction of more floors than had been planned earlier, among others. “It is an eye-opening directive by the Supreme Court,” said M.L. Lahoty, counsel for petitioners. “It is also a lesson to the big real estate companies that they cannot take their allottees or purchasers for granted.” Harsh Sehgal, president of the DLF Park Place Residents Welfare Association, said: “Finally DLF will have to pay up, something they should have done a long time ago. At the end of the day, it’s a good order.”
Thanks for this post on IREF. I hope such actions will help protect all end users including those in DEW.

          hi everyone....,
i personally feel that litigators case is so week that it may end on any day since construction is illegal...,
even if court favours a few hundreds they (court) has to be prepared to respond 10's of thousands...,
i don't agree with ulti that verdict will be sympathatic towards litigants as everytime he is repeating that no one can demolish their illigal construction ...,
one of my fist cousine in prime commercial area karol bagh, delhi lost battle of an occupied shop by him, of which he was a tanent since 50 years, as owner's made a case of its urgency and said that it's must for owners selfuse in present circumtances.
i agree with those who says vote bank politics is affecting the whole scenorio as elections are coming..., while initially all parties may support development which is a neccesity.

every department knows how execute projects or delay projects

Residents Affected By Rani Jhansi Flyover Protest Demolition
People have been protesting against the demolition of their houses, which are in the way of Rani Jhansi grade separator, as they have received no compensation.
North Corporation acquired the land and was to either compensate the residents or rehabilitate them.Close to 95 houses and shops were demolished on Wednesday . People gathered outside the structure, some even stopping the earthmovers.

However, corporation officials say that the compensation money has been deposited with the Land Acquisition Collector. “We deposited Rs 75 crore but they are finding it difficult to locate the owners of these properties. Some have encroached and many don't have the papers. Some are living on lease as well,“ said P K Gupta, commissioner, North Delhi Municipal Corporation.
