      Correct mkg ...Once this Bijwasan Flyover Constructed will be the Shortest Route than Dwarka/UER/BHARTHAL/BAMNOLI....We can avoid this long route....
      Starting of Bijwasan ROB will be a milestone for all 10x sectors.

        The flyover combined with widening of link rd joining Najafgarh -kapashera to 75 m shall be a milestone indeed .

              Hi All. Apologies for diverting the subject but need urgent advise. Wanted to buy something last year but couldn't close. Restarted my search again and shortlisted in following projects with price am getting at for 3bhk flat around 2000sq ft.
              1. Chintels Serenity
              2. Emaar Imperial Garden
              3. Heritage Max
              Pls advise on this considering the specs and location of all these projects. Timeframe is 3 years. For tentative self use and appreciation prospects too if decides not to settle in NCR. Also pls feel free to add in case there are any other better options available.

              Advise of seniors will be highly appreciated. Thanks.

                दिसंबर से एनपीआर पर नॉन स्टाप सफर

                  Whats the good price you feel on this project. Moreover, am not sure which about the Sec-102 and Sec-109 locations and prospect.

                    In the above newspaper report on one hand the govt. (HUDA) is saying that by january 2016 all the essential services and utilities will be made available so that means that people will be able to start construction (as construction also requires at least some of these services like roads, sewer, power, water etc.), on the same breath they are also saying that they have not even earmarked the land in sector 110A still. How does HUDA assume that people will be given possession, finish construction and move much before these services are delivered. So the deadline of Dec 2015, is meaningless and false. Unless houses are constructed people wont move and give HUDA the possession of their land for demolition and construction.

                    Reasonable approach to timelines would be that if HUDA gives possession of these plots by Sept/Oct. 2015 (even this is questionable, but let's assume they will), and assuming that development work is under way, and assuming that people people can start construction immediately thereafter and finish them in 6-9 months. (very reasonable time frame), By this time HUDA would (or should) have completed all developmental work for power, water etc. then people can move in 1-2 months. So If people move by June-July 2016, then contractor would demolish and prepare the land for construction in 1-2 months and actually lay the road in 1-2 months. so any date before Sept-Oct 2016 for the DEW connectivity at palam vihar is only an eyewash by the govt. The Delhi and KD issues are being conveniently sidelined by the Govt. Also one has to assume that the other impediments like Basai ROB and the Padmini Factory are all sorted and road laid there too.

                    I am appalled by the ridiculous way of planning and the wanton attitude of these govt. servants (who only hold these meetings for the free samosas and chai) and more ridiculous is the media which reports it like a gospel, without questioning or debating the viability of these plans or the veracity of these announcements. If these delinquent govt. officers are to be hung by their neck, then these kind of media reporters and papers should be shot by sharpshooters. Ridding the country of such people will be actual independence day.

                    I am an optimist still in my opinion NPV connection is not possible before Sept/Oct 2016 (+or- 2 months), KD if its gets sorted out of court by some means then the same time frame will hold for that area too. Otherwise add 1 year for this patch. We would assume that Basai ROB and other small impediments on the way to DEW will all get sorted within the time frame of the NPV/KD rehabilitation. That leaves only Delhi side, which might take an additional 6-9 months or happen during the same time frame, no prize for guessing this.

                    So in effect I don't see the haryana DEW running all the way upto KD by before Sept/Oct 2016 and if we are lucky with KD then may be all the way up to NH8 by Nov/Dec 2016. Also if we are super lucky then Delhi might also join by then else add 6 months to that. Most of the projects that are under construction will also be ready by then (June-Dec 2016) and people might actually travel on the DEW to their respective projects to take possession.
