Baki dont go past hero honda chowk or kapshehra crossing(towards dwarka) or Phatak towards Palam vihar in rainy season at night, in a low ground clearance vehicle. If doing so keep a crane providers no handy.

I had a bad experience with sewerage being dug past kapashera crossing towards Dwarka and getting stuck there. Fortunately, a few mini JCBs were parked nearby who asked for Rs 600 to dig out one wheel of the car from a cave.

    Solution:
"Ae bhaiya ram khilawan,, kaise ho!! kaun zila baa!! aiye tanik madad kijiye na.. jai siya ram.." teen bihari bulae and out in 5 minutes instead. Saved 600 but brand new jeans and sneakers were however drenched

    Cheers
Thank God somebody knows my Worriment and Plight. At least You should bless me Bless U.
But Bless U ji I am more worried............Itne paani main to CRUMBLE kya... Main tu DISSOLVE ho kar DISAPPEAR ho jaaunga.

      Cookie Bahi,

Remember these things do not have any expiry date....unlike cookies _

Even earlier this year the situation is same at almost all the underpasses....Delhi included. I am not sure these things will ever be sorted out.

The Haryana Urban Development Authority (Huda) will construct four flyovers on the under-construction Northern Peripheral Road (NPR) Expressway, also known as Dwarka Expressway connecting NH-8.

This was informed by senior officials of the town and country planning department

during a meeting held here on Saturday. The Northern Peripheral Road will link Palam Vihar and MG Road via NH-8 near Kherki Dhaula village.
Huda has also been asked to work out a project report for initiating horticulture work along the road.
Earlier, there was no plan for constructing flyovers on the stretch. The project report had provisioned for just one railway over bridge (ROB) on the 18-km-long and 150-metre-wide e-way, also called the future lifeline of Gurgaon.
Construction on the 14-km stretch of this project is already underway as Huda had awarded a tender for R43 crore to India Bulls in March this year. The remaining 4 km stretch is under litigation.
Haryana finance commissioner and principal secretary (town and planning department) SS Dhillon has directed Huda administrator Parveen Kumar to issue tenders for the flyovers on NPR.
HUDA was asked to get flyovers constructed on the intersections of the Pataudi Road near Sector 88, Farrukhnanagr Road near sectors 100 and 101, Daultabad road near sectors 104 and 105 and another road crossing NPR near sectors 110A and 111.
Work on the stretch is likely to be completed in 18 months of its commissioning — July 2012. However, construction of four new flyovers on the stretch will extend the deadline.
Huda officials said the sites of all four proposed flyovers were not under litigation and therefore, would not be affected or delayed. Dhillon also asked Huda authorities to move the Punjab and Haryana High Court and file a special petition to get early hearing on cases related to the pending 4-km stretch, so that work could be initiated.

If they start the work for flyovers , its gonna trigger the prices in the nearby areas....as this will further instill confidence in buyers that Govt is treating it as a very imp road for future connectivity

                Hi
                Greetings

Bhalla ji this would be a breaker of news and I will make one more investment and declare it as well this time!!! Only thing is I have read so many announcements happen close to election times that eventually govt funds dont match up to the projects highlighted by them..
Unfortunately, politicians are the lesser of the trustworthy breed and the govt administrators are mouthpieces for their political master.
its not to be construed in a negative manner but until Budgets are approved, tenders opened & approved, its all living in fairy land.

                Cheers

This is the same old storey listening from past 4 years and now further they have suprised us by inclusion of new flyovers, why these flyovers not envisaged before that and how it comes sudden on picture. This will not only delay the project but who knows no further litigation will arise ahead. Poor and very poor planning is name of the HUDA now days and seems Praveen Kumar will create same mess here that he did in past during his tenure in Faridabad.

Now, they are going to add the further petition for fast hearing over litigation in high court while it was already directed by same court to discuss with littigant and make some resolution till than no further hearing shall proceed. Now ball is in HUDA court, furthermore nothing is floating in Delhi side and nobody have any idea what they are doing. Still I have negative views on Deway unless littigation on the stretch not get over. In past we have already seen much bigger project than NPR get scrapped due to prolonged littigation.

                      Cross-Sections of Northern Peripheral Road

I am sharing the cross section of Northern Peripheral Road taken from Tender Documents of HUDA. Some days back I read about the plan to start of horticulture work for NPR. These two cross-sections are of full section (150m) and other one is for the present scope of work for contractor (42m).

Rudder bro you have uploaded many useful and informative pictures of ongoing works which provide some ray of good hope to the investors along NPR by looking into actual development at site, did you saw any development related to the horticulture, cross drainage works and marking and erecting of 150m boundary stones?

By looking into the present status of construction it seems contractor is serious about only construction of bituminous road at first and then they will take up the other miscellaneous work with less priority.

It would be better at this stage if HUDA will simultaneously take up the other related works like horticulture work at least along the 30+30m green belt of NPR.It will better look to the NPR when it will completes.
