Obviously, he has been making his living for the past several years selling false dreams to the NPV litigants. With the recent plot allotments having been completed successfully, all the castles sold in thin air by him and his cronies to NPV litigants have come crashing down. He is in a difficult position and is obviously being hounded by those NPV litigants who were expecting plots and have only got monetary compensation.

The draw of plots for Kherki Dhaula, SPR and NPR litigants took place during the past one month. In case there was any possibility for the high court to entertain any appeal to this settlement, we would have definitely heard about it in newspapers. It is clear that the litigants will get no relief from the high court since the settlement is as per directions of the high court. Their only option is to go to the supreme court which has already clearly indicated that it will not favour encroachers.

The path for NPR and SPR is clear. The full focus and determination of the Haryana state and CM Khattar is focussed towards ensuring that NPR, SPR and CPR are constructed at the earliest. Small fries like Mr. Ulti may keep on spreading falsehoods. The fact is that these roads will definitely come up in the near future and will emerge as key realty hot spots in NCR.
Your views in regard to the conducting of the draws are fair one. Just to add one more thing, each draw conducted, attracted widespread coverage in print , electronic & social media as well. In case, there would have been any hanky panky on part of HUDA, then naturally, Hon'ble High Court would have taken suo moto cognizance of same. H.C. has got absolute powers to interfere, if it would have felt that HUDA is acting in a high handed manner.

Lastly, no official of Huda would want to risk his/her career considering the position in which Huda department currently is, by committing any intentional mischief.

Plus in one of the articles published over the last few days it was clearly and indirectly referenced that huda administrator has the full backing of khattar.... And huda adminstrator wont just fry eggs in air ...with so much of personal and professional risk without some solid backing...of khattar and nhai (gadkari of central govt) who finally wants action on ground....

In the present scenario, even an unintentional false step can also be hazardous to the career any Huda officer. That's why, I said that no officer would want to do any such mischievous stuff.

Haryana draws up multiple Ggn-Del routes to beat jams

            TNN | Sep 6, 2016, 01.18 AM IST
Gurgaon: At a media interaction on Monday, Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar promised to improve the city's infrastructure in phases, blaming poor planning in the past for Gurgaon's infrastructure problems..

To resolve Gurgaon's problem with traffic jams, the CM stressed on multiple routes connecting Delhi, and announced work on the ambitious project of underpasses and flyovers at Iffco Chowk, Signature Tower and Rajiv Chowk on the Delhi-Gurgaon expressway, to start from September 11. "Gurgaon has now reached a point where it's facing serious infrastructure shortcomings, leading to traffic jams, failing water supply and waterlogging. We can't undo planning of previous governments, but will try to make improvements to resolve issues," said Khattar.

He said the government is working on several options to decongest NH-8. "Right now, NH-8 is the main connector between Delhi and Gurgaon. We'll focus on making several roads between them operational," said the CM, adding work on Dwarka expressway and Southern Peripheral Road (SPR) are at an advanced stage. Besides, work on 'greater' SPR, recently accorded national highway status, and a new road between Vasant Kunj in Delhi and MG Road in Gurgaon to start soon. With these, load on NH-8 will reduce significantly, he claimed.
"To build 'greater' SPR, we're talking to NHAI. Land acquisition should start soon," said the CM, adding this route will allow Manesar-bound vehicles from Delhi to bypass Gurgaon and reduce load on NH-8.

The state government is also expediting work on the Manesar flyover, he said, announcing another flyover at Bilaspur chowk on NH-8. Flyovers at Manesar and Bilaspur are expected to reduce congestion on NH-8, particularly between Hero Honda Chowk, Manesar and Rewari on the Jaipur-bound carriageway.

He said to make commute on NH-8 hassle free, three junctions will be redesigned by building underpasses and a flyover, foundations of which will be laid by Union transport minister Nitin Gadkari on September 11. "Underpasses at Iffco Chowk, Signature Tower and Rajiv Chowk will be completed in 18 months," said Khattar. Besides, work on the remaining part of KMP expressway will resume this month, as a scheduled joint survey between the state and NHAI has been completed.

On waterlogging, Khattar reminded media of work in progress to widen Badshapur drain in Khandsa, which should ensure swift evacuation of rainwater run-off and reduce waterlogging. "We're talking to Khandsa villagers to acquire land to widen the drain. If it fails, civic agencies will work out an alternative plan," he said.

Khattar also promised to make Gurgaon free of potholes by year-end. After recent rains exposed potholes on all roads, Huda and MCG filled them temporarily on most. Proper repairing, though, will start soon. "Huda, MCG and PWD will start repairing roads from mid-September. They will be free of potholes by end-December," he said.

The CM also announced a plan to resolve issues related to civic amenities in the new sectors — 58-115. "We've divided the new sectors into four zones. Civic agencies will provide amenities one zone at a time," said Khattar, adding this work can't be done all at once as it requires a lot of funds.

This new planned route is not on the DEW side. It's good for Gurgaon in general but not particularly useful for DEW area.

Anyone has any news about the metro route (Dwarka to iffco) Rao inderjeet wants a new route only for old gurgaon

And any idea on how the new sectors are divided into zones? What priority do 100x+ sectors fall in?

Thanks @Highway. You are a gold mine!!

Is it only me, who reads the article to suggest that sectors 96-115 are phase 4 of the plan, and therefore will be met with infrastructure requirements in that order? Is there any government document detailing this?
