      कितने नादाँ हैं तेरे भूलने वाले कि तुझे
      याद करने के लिए उम्र पड़ी हो जैसे

Ages are now needed to settle all the dispute and Huda के बाबुs trying to bring down moon at mars.

      FACTS ARE:

      1. HUDA didn't hold possession of sector 110a land.

      2. There are HT line just at middle of sector 110a and no process begin to remove that neither sector development yet started .

      3. After handover possession HUDA has to gave 6 mnhts for relocation.

      4. Compensation matter is pending in district court and without disbursing the construction cost HUDA can't takeover possession of houses.

      5. Is it new for HUDA that PHHC didn't stayed for allotment of alternate plots for sale deed holders?? What nonsense they are talking about.. these titles were clear from beginning itself than for what HUDA is waiting for.

      6. Lot of contempt cases has been filled and HUDA can't takeover the possession of these houses/land and most are falling in staggered way thus linear alignment infeasible.

At all, its literally impossible to have a linear alignment without disturbing the disputed houses/land
      Sab 99 ka fer hain............

Soon, one-way relief for commuters on NPR

        TNN | Updated: Jan 3, 2017, 01.08 AM IST

GURGAON: Huda has decided to fast-track work on the Northern Peripheral Road (NPR), also known as Dwarka Expressway, which has been caught in legal tangles over rehabilitation of displaced people for past several months.

If sources are to be believed, the urban development authority is planning to make at least one lane of the thoroughfare ready for traffic at the earliest.

In October last year, while hearing a petition filed by one of the oustees, the Punjab and Haryana high court had put a stay on distribution of alternative plots among those of the displaced who did not have proper property documents, forcing authorities to stop construction work.

"The stay is only on issuing of allotment letters for alternative plots to oustees whose claim to ownership depended on general power of attorney (GPA) and special power of attorney (SPA). There is no stay on allotment of plots to people who do not come under GPA and SPA categories," said Huda administrator Yashpal Yadav. Yadav added the delay in rehabilitation of the displaced was the main obstruction before the expressway project.

Finally, after a meeting at the Huda head office last week, Huda officials decided to start work on stretches that were not caught up in the legal tangle.

Yadav said rehabilitating the non-GPA and non-SPA oustees alone would remove a large number of structures, and clear the way for the proposed expressway. "It will help start construction on some portions of the road," Yadav added.

In the meantime, Huda is also going to file a petition for an early hearing, seeking relief from the high court.

Once the high court vacates the stay, Huda will build the remaining part of the expressway. "Rehabilitation of oustees from Kherki Daula will help connect NPR with NH-8. Work on construction of a railway overbridge at Basai is at an advanced stage," he added.

In September last year, Satyendra Singh, one of those displaced, had filed a petition in court, alleging that genuine land losers had been denied alternative plots. He also alleged that Huda made some dubious allotments to GPA and SPA holders.

Taking cognisance of the allegations, the high court stayed the allotment of plots and directed Huda to produce all original documents — GPAs/SPAs/sale deeds — on the basis of which plots had been allotted.

Huda responded by claiming that alternative plots were allotted to the displaced in accordance with the final terms of settlement prepared under the high court's supervision. According to Huda officials, 269 alternative plots had been allotted to oustees, including around 60 GPA and SPA holders, through lucky draws in July and August of 2016. Most of these dislodged people, who were chosen from a pool of 465 applicants, were from New Palam Vihar, Kherki Daula and Chauma village.

However, during a hearing last month, Huda failed to get any relief from the court, which listed the matter for a March 2017 hearing.

however, as of now the situations are not that good, and that one day seems too far i mean the great expectations left high and dry, it was supposed to be NCR's best area and so the marketing was done in such a fancy way and those "deceptionist brokers and builders "claimed that it is going to be one of the finest areas of NCR and the reality is now in front of us, and people bought assets there in the hope that one day it will perform up to expectations which is very unfortunate as the common man is suffering deadlines are passing by ground reality is telling a different story.

Surprisingly despite of several problems property prices here are too high and now seems unjustified as the coming days are not good for realty sector which will further create problem for this area as inventory here is already high.

home buyers expectations today are quite high , they are looking for affordable homes , while builders are not ready to cut the prices, and investors are not ready to book loss , it will ultimately create a pressure on the livability factor of this area , why will common man pay 5k-6k per sq ft rate just in hope of future while future is also doesn't seems to be fascinating.

I think the area will become a good area but have to wait for next 3-5 years and so the areas such as noida extension , expressway, neharpar will also become powerful , and so is the loss as the investors / end users had never imagined that the area will come down to the level of noida expressway or greater fbd otherwise they might have booked homes in those areas instead of here at least these area have performed something and something is better than nothing especially when they had paid so much.

It is just like you have booked Samsung note 3 but got the delivery of Xiaomi note 3 ..
Try going there in a well located good project and purchase an apartment. Then you will know the truth about inventory being high...hardly any confirmed availability. Run of the mill projects with plaster falling off you can find dime a dozen, but who wants to buy into them anymore?

BREAKING NEWS I heard maybe HOODA and certain Unforeseen powers behind the scenes have signed a deal to organise a future meeting to discuss DEW completion with Aliens from the planet Uranus and those flying saucers with ray guns and creatures who come to talk will have special looks with lucious hair and make the best chicken tikka and gulab jamuns -- not sure about their infrastructure developing skills but they have done a great job on Alpha Centauri
naturally they will have pigs flying backwards and cows jumping over the moon to celebrate the fact that the above has been thought of and a time in the future for it to get discussed is being discussed
what do I know maybe it's all hot air
