Jo bola wo ho kar rahega - its plain simple science not a rocket science - waise bhi gurgram has started to going back to its gaon status - I know 10 big companies who have moved out of gurugram to bangalore - 10 big companies means 20k jobs - gurgaon errrr guruGRAM all set to become the village it was once .
there are so many examples all over the world where a region boomed and doomed when it was just dependent on one sector of economy take some cue - act smart get back to somewhere where the economic activities are not limited to one sector

Good once again my patience is going to reward me - I saw a tell tale sign of some price corrected project on D Eway sec 92.

Coming 3 months would be interesting

Was reading old posts and came across something which caught my eye after a few pages. It seems you wanted to buy in Sect 92 many years ago. What happened to it? Despite the present scenario, prices are double in that area for the delivered projects.

Amazing warren! Pure venom against DEW. Even until Recently he kept trying that people should think of nalla paar and move their money out from DEW!

Looks like too many people don't like that this area is going to develop and leave all other areas behind in the times to come. It is delayed due to vested interests for sure, but atleast now all issues and hurdles are being taken care of with a strong political will which was lacking earlier. This fact cannot be digested by most of the people who have put their money elsewhere that now its only a matter of a few months, and not an indefinite wait as earlier.
