A lot of companies are advertising for property citing nearness to Dwarka expressway corridor.

Shilas, Indiabulls Centrum Park and Ramprastha Edge Tower come to mind.

Does anybody have news on when this construction will start and when it is likely to finish? Has the contract been awarded and to whom?
Date of completion and start of operation will be vital news for evaluating the pricing of flats sold in this corridor.

Last I heard was that a few houses in Palam Vihar were slated for demolition for this expressway in May June 09 or thereabouts.

    Expected finish date is dec end 2012 which is unlikely
    So expect this to open by 2013-14 at the earliest....

    Nope it is between sectors 90ies and 80ies. Starts from Patuadi Road and ends at NH8.

    7 सड़कों को क्रॉस करेगा एनपीआर


    गुड़गांव : दिल्ली के द्वारका से गांव खेड़कीदौला के पास एनएच 8 तक जुड़ने के लिए नॉर्दर्न पेरिफेरल रोड (एनपीआर) को 7 सड़कों को क्रॉस करना पड़ेगा। एनपीआर को बजघेड़ा रोड, दौलताबाद रोड, धनवापुर रोड, बसई रोड, पटौदी रोड, झज्जर रोड, सिकंदरपुर बढ़ा रोड को क्रॉस करके एनएच 8 तक पहुंचना है। इन सड़कों के साथ ही वन विभाग की 8 से 20 मीटर चौड़ी ग्रीन बेल्ट है। वन विभाग की परमिशन के बिना इन सभी सड़कों को क्रॉस करना मुश्किल है। एनएच 8 पर चढ़ने के लिए भी वन विभाग की ग्रीन बेल्ट को क्रॉस करना होगा। हाल ही में हूडा के इंजीनियरिंग सेल ने वन विभाग से इन सभी ग्रीन बेल्ट को हैंडओवर करने का आग्रह किया है। इस मामले में ऐडमिनिस्ट्रेटर डॉॅ. प्रवीण कुमार का कहना है कि अगले साल तक एनपीआर का काम पूरा करने की प्लानिंग है। इस प्लानिंग के तहत तेजी से काम चल रहा है।

    Tender for water mains for sector 58 - 115 floated by Huda. The expected completion of the project is 21 months from the date of award. assuming another 3 months for award of contract, we can see the water connections in another 2 year time frame.

    with sewage already under implementation, major infra will be available to new sectors thus making the settlement much faster than earlier sectors ( some of which are yet to get water / sewerage ).

    Sir yeh huda ke site ka public document hai. koi kamal nahin.

    good to see huda moving very very well in execution of most of infra projects for new sectors.

    this project will benefit the entire gurgaon which has been parched for a well connected water pipeline.
