A lot of companies are advertising for property citing nearness to Dwarka expressway corridor.

Shilas, Indiabulls Centrum Park and Ramprastha Edge Tower come to mind.

Does anybody have news on when this construction will start and when it is likely to finish? Has the contract been awarded and to whom?
Date of completion and start of operation will be vital news for evaluating the pricing of flats sold in this corridor.

Last I heard was that a few houses in Palam Vihar were slated for demolition for this expressway in May June 09 or thereabouts.

    And the existing Railway over-bridge in Dwarka is not designed for an express-way.

    This is an express-way from nowhere to nowhere as even on the manesar side there are built up houses before NH 8.
    Even here they tried to save empty builder's land and made Highway to pass through built up houses.

    Nothing is going to sort out easily but it is started moving in right direction instead of stand still.
    I remember when i moved in palam vihar 2000 there was nothing now its different that will be the issue in Dew in coming years every think will get done and developed.
    Regarding huda and their thinking i will tell one think few months back i called some body and i asked him that your administration keep issuing license to builder and people are putting their hard earn money and you doing nothing on Dew problems to solve.He told me sir you leaving in developed world in india thinks happen this way only first people move infra comes latter but he told me dew problem will solved in 6 months to years.I told him we need to change our thinking like developed world india has change in last 20 years.

    नॉर्दर्न पेरिफेरल रोड (एनपीआर) पर गांव बसई की रेलवे लाइन क्रॉसिंग पर प्रस्तावित रेलवे ओवरब्रिज (आरओबी) पर वाहन 120 किलोमीटर प्रति घंटे की रफ्तार से दौड़ सकेंगे। आरओबी को रेलवे बनाएगा, जबकि अप्रोच रोड का निर्माण हूडा करेगा। एक किलोमीटर लंबे इस आरओबी प्रोजेक्ट के निर्माण पर करीब 125 करोड़ रुपये खर्च होंगे। माना जा रहा है कि अगले 2 महीनों में आरओबी का काम शुरू कर दिया जाएगा। इस काम को पूरा होने में कम से कम डेढ़ साल का समय लगेगा।
    रेलवे ने तैयार किया एस्टिमेट
    रेलवे लाइन की लंबाई करीब 100 मीटर है। रेलवे ने आरओबी के निर्माण को लेकर करीब 64 करोड़ रुपये का एस्टिमेट तैयार करके भेज दिया है। इस एस्टिमेट की जांच चल रही है। जल्द ही इस राशि को रेलवे के सुपुर्द कर दिया जाएगा। राशि मिलने के बाद ही आरओबी का निर्माण शुरू हो सकेगा। रेलवे की तरफ से बनाए गए आरओबी को जोड़ने को लेकर 900 मीटर की अप्रोच रोड बनाई जाएगी। यह आरओबी 6 लेन का होगा। इस पर 2 कर्व बनाए जाएंगे।
    पानी के ऊपर बनेगा एनपीआर
    गांव बसई के पास ही 900 मीटर (आरडी 9900 से 10800) एरिया में सड़क निर्माण में दिक्कत आ रही थी। यहां जब 51 मीटर जमीन की खुदाई की गई तो उसमें पानी निकल आया। यहां रोड के निर्माण में किस और कितनी क्वांटिटी में बिल्डिंग मटीरियल का इस्तेमाल किया जाए, इसको लेकर सेंट्रल रोड रिसर्च इंस्टिट्यूट (सीआरआरआई) को कंसलटेंट नियुक्त किया गया था। अब सीआरआरआई ने अपनी रिपोर्ट दी है, जिसके बाद यहां सड़क निर्माण की प्रक्रिया शुरू हो चुकी है। मिली जानकारी के अनुसार यहां सड़क निर्माण को लेकर 75 सेंटीमीटर तक मिट्टी की खुदाई की जाएगी। साथ ही बोरवेल लगाकर यहां से पानी को निकालकर फेंका जाएगा। इस एरिया को सूखाने के बाद यहां 25 सेंटीमीटर तक यमुना रेत डाली जाएगी। 50 मीटर एरिया में स्क्रीनिंग के साथ ही मोटे पत्थर डाले जाएंगे। इसके बाद निर्माण शुरू कर दिया जाएगा। रोड के साथ ही एक पाइपलाइन डाली जाएगी। यहां पानी ऊपर आने की वजह से रिस कर साथ लगती ड्रेन में चला जाएगा, जिससे रोड को किसी तरह का नुकसान नहीं होगा।

    The requirement of ROB is an ESSENTIAL part of Infra to provide east west connectivity between 10x and 3x/8x/9x sectors. This was known from day one. Dont fall in for such un accredited news please.

    It is assumed that in next two months work on ROB may begin. It may take minimum 1.5 years to complete this task, once its begin.

    Since, it is just assumed, so we can also assume DEW will be like a moonwalk. Its very easy to assume or presume. In theory, it will take minimum 1.5 years after the construction begins, but what about the practical scenario, the maximum time is not mentioned, as it may take 10 years.


    So in other words, it all in assumption or presumption of so called the news editor itself. There is no confirmation from the Huda as such.

    I am of the opinion, this newspaper itself should be banned for writing a misleading and fictitious language to the common public. You can not publish a news based upon assumption.

    ROB is far far far far away...

    AB D way chahe 2 saal main bane ya 5 ya 7. One thing is sure with all these news and that one day D way will be a reality and people invested at 3-4 K will definitely get rewarded.

    5 years minimum for the ROB AFTER THE THINGS START HAPPENING. Which means not from the news article published by your dear friend psamber or from the date when abhay and eyeopener have posted.. Both news are without any facts.. 5 years after things start moving.. so you can do your maths.

    Mall phasa hua hai and these are baits before every and any high profile launches.

    Without ROB, this area will struggle like no mans land.. no connectivity between east and west side of Delhi Alwar line..

    ROB may come with-in 5 years and may take more than that but ROB would have its importance only after delhi side connectivity is present.
    If there is connectivity towards delhi side then 111-113 could get benefit.But these are again all hypothetical things. No one knows what would happen to all these questions.

    Also some talks about ROB (Which would connect towards Gurgaon side) and NPV but there is no news at all about delhi side of connectivity.

    Present infrastructure do not support the present prices. How future infra will support the present prices?

    And when the infrastructure would come to support the future prices.

    All requested to keep posted about any news about land acquisition, floating of tender for UER by Delhi Govt.

    National Capital Region Promotion Board should have been able to get the issues regarding connectivity resolved by now, if the Dwarka Expressway is considered to be such a HUGELY important resolution to congestion on NH8.

    Fail to understand why delhi govt and center are not cooperating with haryana govt. on this matter despite such huge contribution of haryana state to national exchequer. Haryana achieved about 200% of its plan target and has helped the central govt bridge its deficit.. This can also be reflective of underlying agenda of delhi govt to first sell off its new residential land bank to favoured builders under the pending Delhi MP 2021.

    This is also reflected poorly on the current haryana congress govt for not having got this very essential connectivity to delhi progress even an inch despite 5 years of work on dwarka expressway.

    The state congress leadership needs to get up and deliver infra and buyers not believe in fake unsubstantiated news in local-hindi-pulp-fiction newspaper with dodgey credentials.

    8000 acres have been approved and licensed by Mr Hooda led congress I govt since 2005 in Gurgaon alone!!!.

    I doubt that even a fraction has been spent on developing infra in terms of connectivity to gurgaon.. The metro jhangirpuri line job is well done but it is "too little too late".. It looks the state govt is busy only in obliging a few connected builders without caring for the fallout in absence of basic connectivity.

    Lets wait for 4th march and see what our bade babu ji proposes to the palam vihar litigants..

    the progress of state departments is disgusting till now as is clearly visible from multiple shifting of deadlines for dway, what to expect of coordination with delhi and central govt.

    All the relevant department does is holds a camp whenever pressure builds up and keep saying..VIKAS KI CHINTA MAT KARO.. vikas hoga ke nahin kisko pata. How can an outstee policy be specific and benefited while other such cases in the state remain less benefited. This is again a big lie by the Huda administrator if the hindi newspaper stating him on compensation for NPV residents in terms of "similar size plots" and "construction cost as per market rates", is to be believed. Does the state laws have any such provision?? I think not.. none that I am aware of. Rest others may suggest backed by proof.
