      It is close to 4 years; this thread itself started in 2009.

      And even after so much time; this so called express-way begins and ends in the fields.

      Railway lines have often acted as dividers in big cities as RoB cant handle the massive traffics and get congested soon.

      NeharPar Faridabad is much closer to south Delhi where as this region is closer to a Middle Class residential Colony called Dwarka.

      It is easier to reach Golf Course road from some of the sectors of Faridabad than some of the sectors of Deway.

      A railway line separates Airport and Deway and bridging this wont be that easy as no work has started on Delhi side till now.
      "Neharpar is closer to Faridabad" that would be the correct statement.
      Also Faridabad is closer to poor and unauthorized colonies of Sdelhi.
      by the way,if Dwarka is MIG residential and then what Sarita vihar is......??

        Gurgaon is the Job Hub in Services; so there is no comparison between Faridabad and Gurgaon.

        But this region is not Gurgaon but should be named New Bajghera.
        And it is quite close to Bijwasan,Najafgarh and all the un-authorized colonies of Gurgaon.

          if you are not including this area in Gurgaon, allow this new city to take time.

            If connectivity with airport is sorted out; then this region may develop in 10-15 years.

            Just look at the size of this area; it is even bigger than the already existing main Gurgaon.

                People may move in earlier due to lower rentals but they wont be happy with Quality of life and long commuting time.

                  if all sector roads come in, which would result in decent connectivity with delhi and NH8, wouldn't that be somewhat ok? work on the above is already in progress. after all, the farthest sector from NH8 on DEW side is just a bit further (~2km) as the farthest sector on the other side of NH8 (perpendicular distance), besides being closer to delhi and airport, even without DEW.

                    Commute through Old Gurgaon roads (Bus Stand Side) during peak hours is hell.

                    Distance measured as the crow flies are meaningless.

                      agreed on both points, but new sector roads and connectivity on both ends of planned DEW (NH8 and Delhi), which are litigation free (probably) should have a positive impact
