Some People who are invested here just want to be consoled it seems , any opinion otherwise is taken with such negativity , people are trying to shoot the messenger of any bad news
Why dont investors see this as an opputurnity for them to re access their investment on DEW...maybe it's an opputurnity to get out now than later when all these neg news speads like wildfire ! ..
I don't think one should be that loyal to ones investment ...if u have made ur profit ..enjoy it,and invest some one where else ..there are so many safe opportunities avalible in ggn region

I quite frequently cross KMP and even in my hometown in Haryana; I have seen the time that is taken to Build ROB.

Hero Honda Chowk Underpass is still unresolved.
Govt. woke up only after Court orders.

I think that you would have seen Basai flyover; I don't understand how these morons can make such a pathetic design.

Anyways, even Delhi would want this road if they need to build an ISBT at Dwarka?

Deway is not a National highway ; it was just supposed to be Gurgaon By-pass.

Moreover Delhi Govt. is reluctant to allow traffic of a supposedly expressway into internal roads of Dwarka.

Even at Cemter it is the congress led Govt. Getting this constructed fast would be beneficial for all three Govt for the upcoming elections.

In both states the congress govt. had been from last 8 years even after that Delhi govt never seem serious about this connectivity. No activity heard ever about from DDA end and almost daily basis news are publishing in Gurgaon side connectivity. Why..... Yahan paisa laga hua hain... there is no issue of connectivity, and the issue only to encash the public facility in account of builder mafia.

it is good to see various alternatives being discussed. i am not sure if an entire area can be overly dependent only on one road and nothing else.
some time back when i had shown the gurgaon master plan map indicating the DEW area to someone, the first thing he asked me is that this area is so well located next to delhi, why has it not been developed so far already? if you see, it is the only part of gurgaon adjoining delhi that is left to be developed. ideally it should have been developed before some other parts of gurgaon which are further off and have sector road connectivity only to NH8 at either ends, which DEW will definitely have.
there is, however, no denying the fact that a fully functional DEW would be an immense advantage.

Even in Najafgarh area which is quite close to airport; a lot of land is lying vacant.

Delhi Govt. and DDA could have developed an IT hub here.

Actually DDA is under Governor ; and the pull and push between Govt. and the Governor does not allow the things to move.

Folks the real issue is with DEW prices.... We all knew that it will take some good time for the expressway to come hence invested in DEW hoping the rates will go up. While main DEW prices were 50 pc less than habituated places.

Current real concern is the shrinkage of main ggn and DEw price difference. Scenario is such that if DEW doesn't come up in next 1.5 years..... People will loose money or the market will slow down. Builders are not transparent.... While selling units and buyers are hoping the expressway will come up.
2013 prices have somehow given a strong signal to investors it will not be easy to get out in short term at such prices.
This is my opinion... I may be wrong... Not Haryana CM or HUDA administrator.... Kindly use your judgement and experience to invest.....

After reading a bit on this knowledgeable forum, My opinion is that most of the people invested here are quite aware of the fact that the ground reality is that the Dew is still at least a couple of years away if not more. In my opinion end users who are investing here for their first home either do not know the ground realities or due to the uncertainties involved would not want to risk their money, due to their limited risk taking abilities.

As investors we know that once the dew is finalized the rates will really rocket. If and when it does only time will tell.

So continue entertaining each other while we all wait for it to happen.
