what will be a better option in holding a decent 1200 sqft 2 bhk dda flat ground floor sec 19 dwarka an original allottee or to shifting the investment on dwarka expressway. solely investment purpose not an end use.

    No point shuffling investments..

    Yes, if you are planning a new investment you may look for under construction, resale projects within 1-2 kms of dwarka Expressway, under 5K. Projects with all approvals and strong track record of delivery ONCE the dway connectivity issue to Delhi, railway overbridge and NH8 find some resolution. Stock in dwarka is much liquid than dwarka expressway currently and will remain so.

    Rest depends on your liquidity, risk taking, time horizon, preference.

    May I know whats the price for 1200 sq ft, sec 19 Dwarka?

    sell your Dwarka flat and buy Plot in New Gurgaon if you can else invest in Good Project.
    Dwarka has liquidity but I don't see much appreciation in future.

    Dealers are not working hard for dwarka I guess. They should learn something from dwarka expressway brokers/builders who are able to sell at higher prices (effectively) with basic infra yet to come up.

  • Dwarka is still very costly if we look at the type of construction quality. Old societies with seepage problems and no appreciation since last many years.

    But location wise its better than Dwarka expressway.

    In another 5-7 years, prices in DEW will become equal or more than Dwarka as the quality of construction is much better in DEW and everyone prefers to live in newly constructed houses

    Many owners in Dwarka are selling and moving to DEW and that's why the prices have not increased in last man years
