    I don't live there, however i have seen construction quality and club house they are mentioning in videos, inst 5 star what is being stated but its decent, not bad.

    other concerns remains without a doubt.

    Ask for you area measurement and see the magic. Your area will diminshed by around 60-70 sqft.

    If you see the flat drawing, you can see that common bathroom and one of other bathrobe (master bedroom washroom in case of 2BHK) are overlapping as their shower panel structure is common in both bathroom.WHile doing area calculation, it was counted 2 times while it should had been only once so directly, this area will account for reduction, Apart from it, area from balcony and may be from 1 bedroom will also diminishes due to curve structure..

  • Just got news, apart from 50k taken for clubhouse they are asking 15k PA for clubhouse facilities to be used as to maintain them.

    I mean isn't one paying maintenance charges already, and for what we paid 50k already.

    Is any other builder doing this already.

  • yes many hv filed case n many have taken possession n shifted too, its all about ones priority & mind set.
    Currently 25 families shifted in Vedaanta n more than 50 taken possession already.

  • Yes, there r many cases against the builder . Around 50 have filed case after taking posession, and big number without taking possession . Similar for Atharva as well
