Please share information about tulip white and unitech vista. Tulip is a new builder which unitech hs several new projects in pipeline but construction has not started in any of them.

What is the future of unitech ?

  • Oh ok.. I checked the India Bulls website.. it says Power Backup but not full power backup... So to me that means maybe we have to add an additional battery at our place to make it full power backup.. Is this something like that?

    Lets forget about 2 years window. Let say down the line after 5 years which property/area will be better? I think Sector 10x are way better as there are new projects in this area from reputed builders.

    Yes thats right but those exceeds my budget... In Ansals,Indiabulls rates are less than or around 5000 in resale.. whereas in Chintels and raheja its more than 6500
