    Hi experts,

    Can somebody share what is the latest resale price for Atharva given the advance development.

    Also when is the possession expected looking at the current speed of development of the project. Will the possession have any affect on the resale prices?

      Raheja Atharva - significant delay in possession

      The builder sent a mail that the road, sewerage and water is still not ready but they can give possession.
      It's funny that the mail mentions if customers can help in getting approval from Huda !!!

      We should organize and retaliate together for this inordinate delay and almost entire money is stuck with EMI.

      Builder continues to launch new projects as opposed to completing and getting approvals for existing projects.

      I will happy to participate and contribute to fight the builder together.

        Greetings

        Too many distress calls from Raheja buyers for various projects all over Gurgaon.. It looks like they could not deliver any project in the last 4-5 years.

        High time all buyers should unite and approach the CM for ensuring corrective action against this recalcitrant builder, while the elections are around the corner and buyers may be heard.

        CM office should instruct complete ban on all such builders who have not delivered their project beyond 4 years of grant of license in future.

        All the builders are doing is soaking buyers money for expansion of its land banks and delaying possession inordinately on flimsy grounds.

        Right to act before events take an ugly shape.

          Probably buyers should organise themselves and go to court.One of the pleas could be restrain them from launching new projects till existing one is complete.That is one way of stopping from using money of Project A for Project B.Real Estate bill needs to get passed to reduce such irregular actions by builders.

            There is no use approaching CM because of strong Builder-Politician-Bureaucrat nexus in the RE business in India.Only courts can help,but that is a long drawn process.Under these circumstances end users are at the mercy of builder and HUDA.

                I though HUDA has instructed septic treatment on projects site ?

                How many years since launch of Raheja project ?

                Is there request genuine ?

                  VB ji these are all lame excuses...

                  All conditions are laid out in licensing conditions, Environmental Clearance and the National Building Construction Code.

                  A builder claiming to be such a highly facilitated award winning, super-duper company has all the means and resources to understand and implement the same. 5 yrs+ is too much to start and deliver a construction of such a small scale if these awards mean anything.

                  The same rules are also applicable on those who have already delivered.
