Expert Advice:- Very good investment / end use opportunity . Although ,the area of the units is deceptive and for sure involves a huge super area wastage , the independence offered by floors shall make it worth it. 269 sq yard floor can be expected to be only 5-7% bigger inside than the 250 sq yard sovereign floor.
Time to tread with caution in these not-so-good times.
