This seems to be quiet active, interactive and knowledgeable platform for real estate discussion. So just thought of sharing my bit of info and seek expert as well as insider info.
Just heard from broker firm that Ansal is launching luxury floor in 2 option: 269 sq yards and 330 sq yards in price range of 1.2 to 1.9 Cr. Will appreciate the feedback..

    Actually market is very slow and infact for fresh/Primary its totally dull... End user or Investor are moving toward new gurgaon to get bigger Size at reasonably low cost as compare to GCX...

    Bestech Ananda in 81 has gone up from 4100(bought in Mar 2012) to 5700 (offer recvd yesterday) in last 20 months with a CAGR of 21 %. If this is more than what you see in GCX, then there could be some truth in the above statement. Else not..

    With due respect, can't quote a single example. I can give you other examples where prices have stagnated.

    When you compare two areas, it has to be an average. Please refer to Propequity data for the last 3 years, new gurgaon and GCX have witnessed similar appreciation.

    Fair point. I however do not true sites like propequity etc beyond a point.. Having said that, i do find merit in the point that since GCX is almost 50-70% more expensive than New GGN, an investor may find buying assets in New GGN more lucrative due to more head room..
