I want to know if anyone of you have some update on Spire South project if they have got the required licence and approval or not.

Also please advise if I should continue with this project or not.

  • There is no such rule of thumb, there are many properties I can list which have more than 25% difference in resale and new bookings.

    There is a member, who was quite opposed to this Project & was quite vocal about it, so we have guys ( who r invested in Spire South ) taking potshots at him, by funnily altering his name .

    Is it for a 2 BHK or a 3BHK ?.............what size ???

    4100 is the resale price being quoted for a 3 BHK, as per quotes i got about a month back .

    We would expect a quick revert from your side, as we understand Tashee Group is not your family business and you are a normal employee of this group as we are to our firms we working with.

    I don't know you might have or not have cases like us, what we need is that we should not be cheated at any cost and you should have not be taking advantage of your patience since we have been writing emails, calling various representatives,
    visiting various offices of Spire / Tashee.

    In the points given below, I am again retreating what is required from you:

    1. As per my wife's meeting with you on 09-Sep-13, we would require a copy of the approval request submitted to HUDA towards your extension
    plan basis which we shall be allotted the flats.
    2. What is the timeline by when everything will be sorted.
    3. What is the penalty clause applicable to Spire group to all this.
    4. Net - Net, when are we getting our flats.

    For any details / clarifications, you can reach out to us at below mentioned contact details.

    We would also appreciate if you can't handle this, please escalate the matter to someone senior in Spire / Tashee and also keep us in loop.

    Could u please explain the above issue in detail .

    I don't understand much out of it . If we know, as to what is the issue, u may get suggestions & maybe, some r helpful & good for u to resolve the issue .
