I recently heard that Uppal has given possession for few towers in Canary Residency in Sector-78 where few families also shifted there. Is it good idea to buy a flat in this project for end user as it is ready to move in ? Is it good option for ready to move-in for 4200 rate? Comparing Sector-82 and Canary residency which one is good? Obviously location of sector-82 is good but since builder has already given possession, so, would it be better deal?
