  • You should go with the Golf Course Extension Road. The biggest advantage of Golf Course Extension Road is accessibility. Money comes here not just from the whole of India, but from the entire world. NRIs, especially invests a lot of money in this area. The property prices keep rising due to the constant inflow of funds.
  • DEW has also good connectivity once operational. Still the prices here are in the range of 11000-12000 sq/ft . Whereas on Golf Course Ext its 14000-15000 . Still DEW Rate is on the lower side and once cleared or operational it will also give good returns....Please suggest...If you know some of the commercial projects on Golf Course Ext and DEW...
  • Be very very careful while investing in commercials. Lots of commercial investments have failed miserably and investors have burnt thir fingers terribly in them. Do proper study..Go with a project that has less commercials aand more residentials around. Since its a make or break game in commercials..do proper study before entering and wait for good 4-6 years before thinking of an exit.
