      Price will surely be cheap relatively. As a Consumer point of view, I trust CHD Developers.

    2 BHK: 1256 (8 L booking amount)
    3 BHK: 1556 (9 L booking amount)

    I went to the site. It is just in front of CHD Avenue 71 project and next to Unitech nirvana 2.broker is providing 3 % discount on bsp.

    Seniors pls advice this project.
    Good for end use and investment?

    6450 is not high.
    After discount it will be 6250.
    If CHD VANN has a same merit like CHD Avenue 71 then even, it is v cheap. Hope the sizes and other conditions are like earlier projects.

    Any comments please. This topic is important as after lot of time, a builder like CHD has come up that too in such aa price band. It's worth discussing atleast.

    How big is this society. As far as I know There is Big STP which ia main drawback for CHD avenue 71. Please check how its far from STP.

    2. Approach
    3. Future approach
    4. Past history of builder
    5. Quality of previous project

    I believe the location is behind the CHD 71 and approach to proposed project is challenge
