    Hi,

    Please dont compare developer like CHD to Supertech.

    CHD will offer the possession within 3 Years while supertech will not get their land clearance papers within 3 years.

    i think rate is 6650 and project doesn't have escalation clause which is again good point for us

    Which unit has maximum resale value? ground floor or middle or top? kindly suggest as I am not a regular buyer so limited knowledge about this.

    By the way CHD - Vann is not the end of world...This is not the best project of Gurgaon..
