What is the reason for avoiding ground floor.

  • Primarily low demand and consequently low resale prices.

There are many threads in the forum dedicated to lower floor/higher floor debate on the forum, you could search and find out the general consensus.

True that resale is lower for ground floor.
But keeping in line with terrible views near to this location ground floor will give you a sigh of relief. Project amenities speak about greenery in the project. what better someone would get to have view on ground floor.
I would support to take ground floor if you have elderly people & like horticulture next to your place of living just make sure your unit selection is good in taking units facing units inside green rather than roadside green which will hamper the privacy.
