    G Total 8600 + 800 = 9400

    Deduction due to income tax
    If you take 70 % loan, you are in 30 % Income Tax Slab and hold flat after possession for five years
    1400 (Interest) x 0.70 x 0.30 = say Rs 300 PSF

        My head is rounding rounding Ghumming after analyzing the end price.

        Seems I got stuck with such a huge price.

          HUDA to submit water supply plan for new sectors to HC

          GURGAON: Urban development authority HUDA has drafted a new plan to supply potable water to 13 new sectors where the Punjab and Haryana high court has kept occupation certificates of flats on hold till the requisite infrastructure is put in place.

          The high court had, on January 9, asked the government and builders to find a permanent solution and asked for a blueprint of drinking water supply to the 13 sectors (68-80), where 124 new housing and commercial licences have been issued. The orders were passed during the hearing of a petition filed by Mukesh Sharma, a resident of Silokhra in Gurgaon, who had accused builders of illegal extraction of groundwater.

          HUDA's superintendent engineer-I AK Gupta told TOI there were six hurdles in the way of extending the water supply network to the new sectors. These include hindrances to laying new lines connecting the water treatment plant at Chandu Budhera to the sectors as well as pending land acquisition and litigations.

            HC seeks water solution for new sectors in Gurgaon by February 25

            GURGAON: The Haryana Urban Development Authority`s alternate plan for water supply to new sectors (from 68 to 80) has hit another roadblock with the Punjab and Haryana high court rejecting its proposal. The HC has now asked HUDA to come up with a new plan by February 25. Earlier, the court had asked HUDA not to issue occupation certificate to builders till it could ensure water supply for all residents.
            On February 10, HUDA officials submitted a plea before the HC highlighting major hurdles in proving water supply to new sectors. According to a senior official, most crucial roadblock in providing clean water through pipeline to new sectors is about 350 meters of land along the Southern Peripheral Road (SPR) which is stuck in litigation. HUDA informed the court that if ruling in the SPR litigation was in its favor, a pipeline could be laid to supply water to new sectors. Otherwise, it would take four years to build a pipeline from Chandu Budhera water plant to new sectors crossing NH-8. The court pulled up HUDA officials for suggesting that if one court decision was not in their favor, the residents would have to live without water for four years. The court said HUDA must come up with a credible solution by February 25. When asked, HUDA administrator Anita Yadav said, "We are trying to talk to the residents of the hamlet near Fazilpur and trying to work out an amicable solution. Superintendent engineers are working on a strategy and should be out with a workable solution soon."

                Actually construction equipment is still to arrive.......The mixing plant is getting ready as of now....!!

                  Hi friends- no posts for a long time....any news on when the next installment might be demanded?
                  Have people got there credit note payment from brokers?
                  Mine (Urbanplus) is dragging feet for last 2 months...latest excuse is that can be paid only in new financial year...etc.

                    credit note can be availed only after 35% payment.....and we have paid only 30% i guess.... are your payment terms (credit note terms) different?

                      Just got to know resident in CHD aven 71 are complaining about noise coming from STP. Does it stink as we'll? Is STP going to be a problem for chd vann as we'll?

                      What is current resell price for vann? Want to invest in this project but Feeling scary because of STP. Seniors can you please advise ?
