Hi everyone,

This is my first post on this forum and I would really appreciate your kind suggestions.

I'm looking to buy a residential property in Gurgaon, not for investment, but as an end user as I would want to shift in 2012 - 2013.

Here are some of the specifics:

1) Budget - around 30 - 35 lakhs.
2) Type - flat or apartment in any of the townships.
3) Area - about 1100 SqFt or 2 BHK in Gurgaon.

I am aware that the options I will have shall be limited; please help me with your thoughts and ideas and with descriptive information which will help me evaluate my options.

Many thanks in advance!

  • Options are limited in Ggn in affordable segment. Sec 37/37-D would give you some options.

I am receiving numerous calls for housing options in sec 91,92 and 95 in gurgaon, which will be ready by 2013.

can some members throw some light on these options also?

  • Gurgaon is no longer affrdable my friend

I would say the only VFM optios at this time are

Spire South sector 68 (pls go through its thread to see the pros and cons)
    Vipul in resale 2900
    Saare Sector 91
    Vatika in resale 2850-2900

Not too many options as the market has been very overeated and no body knows which way it will go

  • Nothing in 30L budget, except maybe SARE crescent park/green

Wait for downturn and buy in resale when investors try to exit from bookings made in 2009 - you can expect perhaps 2600 psf in a major downturn in Manesar and 37D areas - which may or may not happen.

Choose anothe city - Maybe Faridabad?

  • Venky, how strongly u feel that there will be correction/stagnation and there will be investment opportunity available for people who want to buy in this GGn market
