I believe many of you might be interested in an affordable option in gurgaon for project where possession has been offered or is about to be offered.
Use this thread to share such options, this would benefit all

I am interested and wish to gain from info from fellow IREFians


Few I would add that have in my list... as I prefer high rise that independent floor, not able get many options.. budget around 1CR-1.25 CR.. Any suggestion most welcome

- CHD AVENUE 71 - 6100 P.SQFT (but near STP)
- 1578 FT. " TULIP VIOLET " 5850 P.SQFT (Club etc outside)

Others
- 2BHK IN UPPAL SOUTHEND ( SOUTHEND FLOOR ) 925sqft, 1st FLOOR BLOCK- A,GATED COMPLEX. 74LACS
- 2 BHK & 3 BHK 973 SQFT & 1275 SQFT - UNIWORLD GARDEN II 7300

- Mahindra Aura Sec-110 6000
- Orchid Island @1.35cr. 1543sq.ft
- "ANSAL ESENCIA" 1.15CR

  • I am interested in options in around Sohna, Sec 30 etc..
    even new group housing socities suite me as they would cost less that a builder project and low on maintenence.

    If anyone has any idea.. please share

    Platinum- this depends a lot ...r u buying for investment or end-use? If end-use then eliminate dwarka expressway- not going to be habitable for 2-3 years at least...

    Among CHD vs. Tulip both are good....CHD is completely RTM now..better built, finish and will have own club but has STP nearby which may or maynot impact it ..also its access at this point is poorer
    Tulip has better access...but posession could take 3-6-9-12 months...club could take longer...it is a little bit further away from Sohna road civilization.

    So my vote for CHD...rest as the title says "it depends"

    Nearness to STP is the biggest negative of the CHD project.The STP will certainly impact the surroundings.You can get it confirmed from the specialists or visit any running sewage treatment plant yourself.
