This is my first post in this forum.
Please share your views about the future prospects of ILDs new upcoming project Grand Centra in Sec 37C. Is the project worth investing? Payment plan looks good ( with 2 time bound installments i.e 1st within 60 days and 2nd within 120 days of booking and then on completion of 2nd, 6th , 10th floor and so on).

    Whats so good about the payment plan?? ITs the normal CLP plan thats prevalent almost everywhere

    I am not sure if my observation is correct but what i noticed in most of the CLPs is that, after booking amount and 1st time bound payment next payment is expected at the "start of excavation" and then completion of basement slab and then after 2nd floor..... 4th floor....6th floor and so on.
    In Grand Centra however, they are asking for first payment after completion of 2nd floor and then 6th floor and then 10th floor and so on. So basically, ILD is asking payment after every 4 floor completion rather than every 2 floor completion,as asked by other builders.

    ILD sphire green is very much delayed project. However, their recent project ILD Grand is progressing quite fast. Its already on 12th floor after construction started in sept 2013. What do you think are prospects of Grand Centra, their upcoming project?

    Hi,

    What should be the best buying for ILD Grand Centra - Sector 37C.

    I am getting an all Inclusive deal @5300 for 2BHK 1300 sq ft.

    Is it a good investment or should go for Vatika Emelia sector 82.

    However I am confused in both the sectors.
