Vatika Emelia Vs CHD Vann Vs Springdale Gurgaon

  • Vatika Emelia Vs CHD Vann Vs Springdale Gurgaon

    I tried to search forum, found few informative topics however unable to conclude on the confusion.

    Currently I am living on rent. Which one is better option :
    1. Pay black component ( manage somehow ) and take Vatika Emelia which is RTM in a year I guess.
    2. Invest in CHD Vann and then wait for construction / possession.
    3. Invest in plots in Bhiwadi, wait for appreciation and then use that money to buy flat in Gurgaon later on.
    4. Invest in Springdale Sohna Road.
    5. Invest in Dwarka Expressway.
    6. Any other option within 60 - 70 lacs.

    My aim is to get flat for End use however if I am taking loan then appreciation should complement the loan interest .
    N.B. I am in IT industry and can see jobs in Gurgaon only.

    When your living on rent, obviously the best thing is to save that rent amount to pay emi and the sooner it happens the better it is... From that point the best options possible(For gurgaon, and gurgaon should be gurgaon and not sohna or bhiwadi) :

    1. Vatika Emilia.. in your budget just 1 hitch of atleast 1 year of waiting
    2. other already RTM options available in sector 78(total cost anywhere around 70-72lacs)

      Have a look at Vipul Lavanya. Posession has been offered in some tower.
      And it should fit your budget

          Thanks. Can you suggest any project in sector 78.
          However, I think sector 78 is not shaping up well wrt other sectors of Gurgaon. I am confused between 8X sector and old Gurgaon sectors.

            Hi Prashant...

            Sector 78 not shaping well?? Monsoon Breeze in sector 78 sees maximum no. of families living in any apartment in the vicinity, be it 7x or 8x

            And it might be my POV, but for me the left side of gurgaon has always and will always perform better than the right side....

            Rest time will tell

              Can anybody suggest any other option for RTM (possession offered ) in a budget of 80lacs max .
              Got offer of Tulip white in 90l for 3bhk .
