  • If we are comparing M3M Project with Supertech ,I dont think that a luxury Brand like M3M will come up with a price of 6500 - 6600 sqft , what i think it will be around 7000- 7500sqft . The location sector - 68 is a good location. It will be Next Upcoming Investment location in Gurgaon .Sector 68 is easily approachable from the Golf Course Extension Road and is thus expected to benefit from the proposed metro here. It is one of the fast developing locations in this region and is expected to reap healthy returns in future.Supertech luxury project is also there in the same sector - 68 . If anyone is looking for an investment in Sectors 68 of Gurgaon , you must be glad to know that you hit the gold mine of Gurgaon as the locations have been the best investment destinations in the last one year. This M3M is a Soft Launch or a New launch project ?

      Is the project already launched? if not, when will it be launched?
      i don't see any information about this project on M3M website - Luxury Residential Projects in Gurgaon, Commercial Projects in Gurgaon.
      Who to contact for booking? i want to buy directly through M3M.
      are they still taking checks?
      which floor and size would be best for investment purpose? Not looking to sell in next 5 years.
