Just got a call today from a broker that IREO is planning to launch apartments in Sohna Sector -4

Ireo is again creating a hype by not disclosing the rates .They simply want to there brokers to collect cheque like Corridor and will see how the market responds and then will disclose the rates.

Another sales gimmick in this dying market. Need advice from fellow members

  • Stay away my friend . U can listen horror stories of cheating by Ireo in corridors

    They do not build dream homes, they destroy dreams .

    They will promise something will give something else..

    Ireo is a cheat and many have suffered in their projects and all of their projects have corrected by 25-30%

    Skyon - 11k (2013), now 8000
    GA -12k , now 9k
    VV -9k, now 7k

    Ireo just create the hype .. Many peole have burned hands big time.

    Ireo corridors - launch rate 2013- 8750k u can not sale even at 7K , u will not find a buyer

    They will promise ducted AC and give split AC. They will promise full length glasses but will give half length glasses..

    They will promise diaken but will give LG

  • Probably, they need money to complete some ongoing projects. No good company is launching new projects in this kind of market as the response is very poor (exception - Godrej Icon).

    What about brand names like ATS, Godrej & Tata, They are coming up with their respective projects in Sec 150, Noida Expressway.

    Hey, did you get a name? Have they revealed the project name? If yes, how much are they asking? Their skyon project is asking a premium so will this follow suit? Please tell.

  • Let them give Skyon & corridoors first , launching more projects giving brokers 10% commission to hook investors , I hope this is their biggest flop ..they & their channel partners need good lesson cheating people .
