In gcx it will be difficult to find one in this. However you can try for Time residency by Dhoot Builder right in front of heritage one. Try for nonnoremium towers. These were sold to govt employees with a clause that they cannot be sold for 5 years. I think 5 years are over. So do some research.
If you are willing to wait for 2-3 years then there are some under construction projects on SPR. However there is a delivery risk associated with it. So better to go with possession linked plans that are available.
Few of them on Sohna Road are by Saupertech, M3M marina and recently launched zen residences by AIPL in sector 70a.
If you have a loan eligibility and current ready to move in apartments or the one with 90% construction are beyond your budget then best would to go for possession linked plan to mitigate delivery risk. Here you can buy an appt which could be 20-30% over your budget as delivery won't happen before 3 years.
In today's scenario with builders under tremendous financial stress, one should only buy the one with ready to move on or the one with possession linked plan.
Rates of possession linked plan will always be higher then construction linked plan, but if you are looking for self use, PLP is the best option.
Supertech and AIPL have some good option on sector 68and 70a sectors. Check them out.
