    They remain delusional !! 80+ Lakhs for a 2 BHK in the middle of a village.
    But no one is going to queue up to buy it so it shouldn't be the Corridor story here..

    You have to hand it to the builder for keeping their sense of optimism intact even in the middle of such a massive slowdown..... Or maybe the joke is going to be on us investors / end users when the project is declared sold out in next couple of weeks.

    By the way, does anyone know what "Nuspark" mean?

    What is this new out of the world feature "Enhanced privacy of kitchen" being first time introduced by "God's Own Builder" called Ireo.

    After building Kerala, couldn't they find any other USP to market their project?
    Seriously, never heard any thing as unique as enhanced privacy in kitchen.

    I guess they are inspired by this old Punjabi way of wishing "Ji Aaya Nu" - Spark.

    Since they lost their Mojo in Gurgaon RE, this may be there new war cry to infuse fire in their comrades

    To boost sluggish sales, realty firm Raheja Developers today said it has launched a housing project in Sohna, Gurgaon, at a price of Rs 2,500 per sq ft, about 30-35 per cent lower than the existing rate in the location .


    slowly panic is creeping in , it is a matter of time when someone does that in GCx/ SPR . Market cannot be manipulated beyond a point .


    Ireo has done very good job in the 2 projects in Gurgaon so maybe they believe they can charge a premium . Hope they do not overestimate their ability like they did in Corridor
